About Get to know me
Hello, my name is Alexander Foerster, and I enjoy analyzing technology to learn how and why it functions. When using technology, I always have the nagging question of why and how it functions. I am passionate about finding problems, so I can troubleshoot them to improve them.
As for web development, I discovered learning programming helps me to understand both sides of the tech coin. It allows me to understand the end user while also knowing how the developer thinks. This knowledge gives me an edge to help improve the technology I am working on for both sides.
I attended the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, earning a degree in Interdisciplinary Art and Technology. My time there taught me the importance of useability for the end user while also showing me the importance of clean code and clear communication when developing technology.
Fast-forward to today, and I am hard at work growing my knowledge through autodidactic discipline and hands-on experience.
